Ploom – heated tobacco device and refills

Ploom is a system designed for adult users looking for an alternative to traditional cigarettes. Compatible refills are heated inside the device without combustion, so no traditional cigarette smoke or ash is produced during use.

Ploom AURA

Ploom AURA is a slim heated tobacco device featuring SMART HEATFLOW™ technology, which ensures controlled and even heating of the refill. Heating starts automatically upon inserting a compatible refill, and the device indicates readiness with vibrations and a clear LED line.

One session in the default mode lasts approximately five minutes, and there is no limit to the number of puffs during that time. The battery offers approximately 20 uses per charge and is subsequently recharged via USB-C.

Using the Ploom mobile app, you can choose from four heating modes, adjust flavor intensity and session length, monitor battery status, or locate the device's last known position.

EVO tobacco refills for Ploom

EVO are tobacco refills developed for the Ploom device. The range includes classic tobacco varieties as well as flavors complemented by fresh, aromatic, or menthol notes.

One pack contains 20 refills. For regular users, selected varieties are also available in full cartons containing ten packs, totaling 200 refills.

LYO tobacco-free refills

LYO are nicotine refills without tobacco designed for the Ploom device. Instead of a tobacco blend, they use plant-based material enriched with nicotine and offer more pronounced fruity or fresh flavors.

You can choose, for example, pear, apple, forest fruit, or a mint variety. Just like EVO refills, LYO products are also available in individual packs and full cartons.

How to use Ploom

Insert only a compatible EVO or LYO refill into the device. Ploom AURA will begin heating automatically and will indicate when it is ready for use with vibrations. After the session ends, remove and dispose of the used refill.

Do not light EVO or LYO refills, do not use them repeatedly, and do not insert them into devices intended for other systems. The device and refills are intended exclusively for adult users. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.
