About us
Nikotin.cz is a personally managed Czech e-shop that combines a wide selection of alternative nicotine products with in-house testing, practical reviews, and understandable information.
The offer includes more than 1,000 product variants from dozens of brands – from nicotine pouches and e-liquids to electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
More than just a product catalog
We don't want to be an anonymous e-shop filled with generic texts from manufacturers. We are interested in how products actually work, what makes them different, and what customers can realistically expect from them.
We internally test selected products and combine the following when creating content:
- personal experience with the product,
- technical data and manufacturer documentation,
- knowledge of the product category,
- comparison with similar products,
- customer feedback.
If we have not personally tested a product, we do not want to create the impression that we have. We strive to clearly distinguish verifiable parameters, manufacturer information, and our practical experience.
Objectivity without marketing jargon
We are a business and we sell products. Therefore, we do not claim to be outside of commercial interest. However, we can decide how honestly we describe products and whether we also show customers their limitations.
We do not automatically label the strongest, most expensive, or newest product as the best. In descriptions, reviews, and comparisons, we focus primarily on actual parameters, flavor profile, compatibility, practical differences, and for whom a particular product might make sense.
The goal is not to decide for the customer. The goal is to give them enough information so they can decide for themselves.
Personally managed project
Behind Nikotin.cz is more than ten years of professional experience in analytics, marketing, project management, and customer experience, including several years of working with alternative nicotine categories.
We directly manage the assortment, suppliers, prices, product content, warehouse, dispatch, and customer care. Decisions are thus not made in an anonymous structure far from products and customers.
We are developing Nikotin.cz gradually, but with a clear goal: to create a modern store where customers not only find a product but also understand how it differs from other options.
Trust must be confirmed by customers
We do not want to build credibility solely on what we write about ourselves. Nikotin.cz is involved in the Heureka Verified by Customers program and has received a blue certificate.
