Age verification
In order to sell nicotine products at all, we are legally required to verify that you are of legal age. Verification takes place in the cart before completing the order. In addition, we also verify age upon delivery of the order.
This applies to the entire range, without exception. Every order must undergo age verification.
We use the Adulto system for this – a fast and secure way to verify age without unnecessary sharing of personal data.
How do you verify your age?
In the last step of the cart, you will find the button "Verify my age", which is located before the "Order" button. Without verification, the system will not let you proceed.
Then you choose one of three options:
1. Bank Identity (Bank iD)
The fastest option if you use online banking.
You select your bank, log in, and confirm the transfer of your date of birth.
Then you return to the cart and can complete your order.
2. MojeID
If you have a MojeID account with verified identity, you can also use this option.
You log in, confirm consent, and continue back to the cart.
3. Identity Document
If you do not have Bank iD or MojeID, you can verify your age using your ID card or driver's license (EU).
- On your mobile, you can directly photograph the document.
- On your computer, you can upload it, or use a QR code and photograph it with your mobile.
Tip: do not photograph with flash (reflections), you can cover sensitive data – the date of birth is important.
Repeated verification
Once your age has been verified, it will be quick the next time – just an SMS code.
What happens to your data?
Adulto does not send us your personal data. We only see the result:
👉 whether you are 18+, or not.
We do not receive or store any other information.
Why do we handle it this way?
Because it's not just a formality.
We do not want to sell nicotine to minors. Our entire approach is based on harm reduction – providing more meaningful alternatives to people who already use nicotine. Not creating new users.
And this is fundamental.
