How to use Caffeine Pouches
A caffeine pouch is a discreet way to quickly boost your energy without drinking coffee or energy drinks. Simply place it under your upper lip and let the active ingredients work their magic.
How to do it
1. Remove a pouch from the can
Always close the can to keep the other pouches fresh.
2. Place the pouch between your upper lip and gum
Do not chew or bite it – let it work undisturbed.
3. Leave the pouch in your mouth for 15–45 minutes
Depending on what suits you. You might feel a slight tingling at first – this is completely normal.
4. Dispose of the pouch after use
Use the can's lid as a temporary disposal spot.
