Compatibility – VPRIME and VPRIME 2

OXVA VPRIME Dual Mesh cartridges are compatible with both generations of VPRIME devices. The difference lies in the supported modes:

  • OXVA VPRIME 2: Supports both ECO and BOOST. You can switch between gentler and more powerful heating. View OXVA VPRIME 2
  • OXVA VPRIME: Supports these Dual Mesh cartridges in BOOST mode only.

If you use the VPRIME 2 but prefer standard heating with a wider choice of resistances, you can also try the OXVA VPRIME Pod Cartridge UNITECH 2.0.

Dual Mesh: the difference between ECO and BOOST

The cartridge uses two mesh heating elements, allowing you to change the character of the draw without replacing the cartridge.

ECO – more economical operation

One mesh element is active. This results in lower power, a gentler draw, and more efficient energy use.

BOOST – more powerful performance

Both mesh elements are activated. The cartridge delivers more vapor and a more intense flavor.

The manufacturer compares the performance of both options in BOOST mode to the following resistances:

  • 0.4 ohm Dual Mesh: Approximately like 0.2 ohm in BOOST.
  • 0.6 ohm Dual Mesh: Approximately like 0.3 ohm in BOOST.

These are not additional standalone cartridge variants, but different operating modes.

Which cartridge resistance should you choose?

0.4 ohm – looser RDL to DL

A more powerful option for an airier draw and greater vapor production.

Approximate power range with VPRIME 2:

  • ECO: 10–40 W
  • BOOST: 40–60 W

0.6 ohm – MTL to RDL

A tighter, smoother draw, suitable for lower power.

Approximate power range with VPRIME 2:

  • ECO: 10–35 W
  • BOOST: 35–50 W

UNITECH 3.0 and 2 ml capacity

The UNITECH 3.0 technology uses optimized U-shaped airflow and a redesigned heating chamber. According to the manufacturer, this helps deliver more consistent flavor and better leak resistance.

The European cartridge has a capacity of 2 ml and a filling port on the upper side, sealed with a silicone plug.

The heating element is integrated directly into the cartridge. When it wears out, the entire cartridge must be replaced rather than just the coil.

Before first use, fill the new cartridge with e-liquid and allow the heating material to saturate thoroughly for several minutes.
