How to Use Nicotine Pouches

A nicotine pouch is a discreet way to enjoy nicotine without smoke or odor. Simply place it under your upper lip and let it work.

How to do it

1. Remove the pouch from the can

Always close the can to keep the other pouches fresh.

2. Place the pouch between your upper lip and gum

Do not chew or bite it – let it sit undisturbed.

3. Leave the pouch in your mouth for 15–45 minutes

Whatever feels right for you. You might feel a slight tingling sensation at first – that's completely normal.

4. Dispose of the pouch after use

Use the lid of the can as a temporary disposal compartment.
