Joyetech eGo Pod
The Joyetech eGo Pod is a compact electronic cigarette designed for simple everyday use. It has no display or buttons – the heating activates automatically when you inhale from the mouthpiece.
The built-in 1000 mAh battery operates with a constant output voltage of 3.7 V. Safe operation is ensured by the AVATAR IC 1.0 chip with protection against short-circuiting, overheating, and over-discharge. An eight-second cut-off limit is also included.
2 ml refillable cartridge
The replaceable cartridge holds 2 ml of your e-liquid and features an integrated heating coil. The basic package includes a 1.2-ohm cartridge, which provides a tight MTL draw similar to the draw of a traditional cigarette.
The device is also compatible with the Joyetech eGo AIO AST Pod cartridge with a 1.0-ohm resistance. The lower resistance creates slightly warmer vapor and a more pronounced flavor.
Automatic control
After filling the cartridge and inserting it into the battery, there is no need to adjust the power or mode. The device starts automatically upon inhalation. Battery status is indicated by an integrated LED.
Charging is done via a micro USB port. This is the original version of the Joyetech eGo Pod – the newer eGo Pod Update Version uses USB-C.
First use of the cartridge
After filling a new cartridge, let it sit for approximately 10 minutes so that the wicking material is sufficiently saturated with e-liquid. This will help prevent burning the cartridge.
